Penis Enlargement/Male Enhancement?
Do any of those pills advertised essentially work as well as if so, that ones?
And do they urge performance?
And, from a girls perspective, have been they profitable for men?
And any alternative comments people would be peaceful to leave, please?

Those pills are all bullshit, don't waste your money on them, if they were real, they would not have to sell them with cheesy ads.

nothing exists really, there are penis enlargement procedures but it can leave the penis a little flacid when it get errected. sorry

Seriously. Believe this: those people are trying to make money from people who will be tricked into buying them. The advertisers pick at your insecurities and convince you they will help. They won't. Don't waste your money. If these things actually worked, guys would be lined up around the block to get a hold of those pills!!!
Now, bon*r pills like viagra do work, but that's for people who have a hard getting and/or maintaining an erection.

They don't work, and if they did, the makers of Viagra would have put them on the market as a real med. and would be making big bucks as with Viagra. We have so been programmed that you can get anything in the form of a pill, and now even a bigger penis. I suspect that they'll be offering the ladies bigger breasts in a pill if the aren't already?
Many of these pills carry penis stretching or pulling on exercises which can actually put tension on the dorsal nerves which connect the sense of feel from your knob to your spinal cord, then the brain.
Nerves don't do well with being stretched, and neither does the spinal cord. Following the instructions is high risk for doing permanent damage to that precious sense of sexual feel good, leaving you without enough to trigger an orgasm while Making Love, making it necessary to pull out and complete yourself with more rigorous masturbation. …that would be for life. Not my Idea of completing Making Love and experiencing the expressions of your Lady, and what about having children?

In a word, no. The pills work by increasing blood flow to the penis, so (good ones) probably have the effect of giving you stronger erections, but they will not give you any extra size.
Apart from surgery (which is dangerous & very expensive), the only penis enlargement method which works is exercises.
Because they increase the amount of blood that the penis can physically hold, you can gain extra inches length and width if you do them properly.

Devices and pills available at the market are really harmful to the body. Penis pump can make your penis bigger for a short period of time but it is not recommended. Some of the natural techniques are really helpful to increase penis size.
